Absolutely not. You don’t need to get in shape before you start. That’s what Im here for. To help you get in shape. Programs are designed to meet you at your current fitness level and progress at your own pace that’s safe and sustainable.
Personal Training sessions are about 45 mins long, sometimes longer if you have a lot of questions or you like to chat!
Most people will see results within 6 weeks. Visible results. Changes are happening though from day one. First thing you will notice are increased energy levels.
Yes every workout program is unique and tailored to your goals, needs and timelines. Each plan will address any injuries and weaknesses, fitness level and ability, exercise preferences and lifestyle and time constraints.
Yes. Online coaching is available and includes a customized workout plan and nutrition plan as well as daily check ins, form checking and ongoing support from me.
I help with both! Programs can be designed for fat loss or muscle building or both. Programs are designed for fat loss, muscle building, strength and body composition. Whatever your own unique goals are.
Progress is tracked through monthly body measurements, strength gains, progress photos and performance.
It depends on which service you are interested in but the range is approximately $300 a month to $600 a month.

Outdoor Boot Camp Faqs

Anyone who loves to exercise outdoors and wants to experience something different and challenging.
No, this is for all fitness levels. Adjustments will be made according to fitness levels.
Only when it’s dangerous for you to participate. Examples are extreme thunderstorms or extreme heat. Otherwise sessions never get cancelled.
It can only if you give me 24 hours notice. If it’s less than that, you won’t be offered a replacement class.
Yes, you can drop in for $15. You will also be asked to fill out a waiver in order to participate.
