What topics do you like to discuss?

I discuss fitness topics. And there’s a few reasons for that. One, I have been in the fitness industry for decades. Secondly I have a passion for it. I genuinely enjoy every aspect of fitness and activity and I want to share that passion with others.

Personal Training

I’ve been a Personal Trainer off and on for over 20 years. I have written topics on why you should work out, how you should work out, how long you should work out. I have also talked about which exercises target certain muscle groups and why you should do those particular movements. I have also discussed Progressive Overload, how to prevent boredom and fitness myths such as why sweating doesn’t equal fat loss and how you can’t spot reduce fat. In all that time I always hope that people get something out of my writings on those topics. I hope so.

Fitness Boot Camps

I have also written at length about outdoor fitness, specifically Boot Camps. I have written on the benefits of outdoor classes and why it’s fun and effective. Group fitness is different from working out by yourself in that you have other people, your community to exercise with. If you haven’t tried outdoor fitness classes, you should!

Running

I love talking about running. Running gets a bad rep! But it’s fun once you get the hang of it and don’t feel like you’re gonna die from lack of breathing! It takes practice and going out and just doing it. I have written many times on the effects that endorphins have on your body and mind. Endorphins are released after you have been running for a while. These are your happy, hyper hormones. Once you can get this effect going, you’ll never say you hate running ever again!

In conclusion, I just really love fitness and love writing about it! Thanks for reading by the way!
